National Programs

From the very beginning, our beloved Fraternity has made it our mission to be of service to the communities we live and work in.  Each national program and special initiative identify a specific area in which we can be of service.  ΚΛ along with every chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. have embraced each program and made it our own.

A program focused on supporting elderly brothers and their families through assistance, outreach, and community support.

Community Health

ΚΛ has partnered with health care professionals and mental health care professionals to promote wellness throughout our community.

March of Dimes

We closed out our 2025 March of Dimes/March for Babies campaign on fire and ice! Our final fundraising total was $15,706. This total marks the highest amount ever raised by Kappa Lambda. We achieved 123% of our goal.

 

Kappa Lambda finished second amongst all Alpha chapters; first in the Southern Region and first in ANCA.

ΚΛ takes pride in helping to maintain a portion of MLK Jr. Drive in Southeast Greensboro.
